PARENTS order tuckshop ONLINE. While enjoying the ease of ordering at home, parents and guardians have the benefit of knowing that their children will be provided with the nutritional meals they have pre-chosen and that the money will not be used for other purposes. The SchoolShopOnline system provides benefits for tuckshop convenors by reducing cash-handling and simplifying the ordering process. For tuckshop convenors who are not regular computer user, providing arrangements can be made for someone to print the labels, the convenor need never touch a computer. The SchoolShopOnline system provides benefits for students by reducing risks of money in the school yard. The SchoolShopOnline system provides benefits to the greater school community through enhanced relationships and contact.

- Every reasonable effort will be made to ensure relevant training and support services are provided to all staff involved. Particular effort will be made to assist Tuckshop Convenors.
- Where an issue is raised with About Managing all reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are informed and action is undertaken to resolve the matter.
- No employee or contractor of About Managing will enter a school site without being a holder of appropriate documentation (Queensland Blue Card or its equivalent).
- All prices quoted on the site in relation to About Managing services will be honoured.
